NHDES Personnel Profile

Manages and supervises the administration of the Testing and Monitoring Section, with responsibilities in areas of compliance stack testing and CEM audits, oversees CEM Program, conducts permit reviews, plans and coordinates stack test observations, supervises and trains members of the testing and monitoring section, and communicates and provides technical assistance to the regulated community.
